The Boots Retirement Savings Plan (BRSP) is the pension arrangement that is open to all our employees to build up benefits for their retirement. Within the BRSP are several sections, including the Auto-Enrolment Section.
The BRSP is a contract-based pension arrangement. This means that Walgreens Boots Alliance has a contract with a provider (in our case, Legal & General) to set up and manage members’ individual pension accounts.
